What are Crud Buds made from?
Our Crud Buds are crafted from plant-based materials, making them fully compostable. Each bag is meticulously constructed using corn starch, known as corn, along with PLA (polylactide) derived from plant starches like corn, sugar cane, and sugar beet. Additionally, PBAT (polybutyrate adipate terephthalate), a biodegradable polymer, is incorporated to facilitate faster degradation of the bags without leaving any harmful residue.
Moreover, our inks and dyes are non-toxic and compostable, ensuring the environmental friendliness of our products.
Do Crud Buds have a shelf-life?
To keep your pupper's Crud Buds in tip-top shape, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place. Remember, they're not meant to last for centuries like those stubborn plastic bags! So, we suggest to use them within 12-18 months and bid farewell to the days of forever-lasting waste.
Can I use these compostable bags with a standard dog poo bag dispenser?
Yes, our compostable poop bags are designed to fit standard dog waste dispensers, providing convenience and ease of use.
Are these bags leak-proof and durable?
Absolutely! Our compostable poop bags are carefully engineered to be leak-proof and durable, ensuring a reliable and mess-free cleanup experience.
Can I use these compostable bags for cat litter as well?
While our compostable poop bags are primarily designed for pet waste, they can be suitable for disposing of cat litter as well. However, please ensure that the litter is biodegradable and safe for composting.
Do these bags have any scent or fragrance?
Our compostable poop bags are typically unscented, focusing on providing a natural and odor-free waste disposal solution.
Can I use these compostable bags for other types of waste?
While these bags are primarily designed for pet waste, they can also be used for other types of organic waste, such as food scraps or garden waste. Just ensure that the waste is suitable for composting.
Are the compostable bags suitable for large dog breeds?
Yes, our compostable bags are suitable for big and little doggos.
Why don't Crud Buds have handles?
Every time we remove those handles from poop bags, we inadvertently add to the landfill waste. Those little squares we cut out just for handles can really pile up. It's time to break free from this wasteful practice and make a difference!
How many bags do I need?
With an average of two poops a day, here's the scoop:
60 bags will keep you covered for 1 month and keep those number 2s in check!
After a longer term solution? Our 120 bags will keep you covered for around two months, give or take a little depending on your pet's unique rhythm!
Interested in no fuss waste management? Set yourself up with a subscription order. Your bags will arrive based on the monthly frequency you've selected.
What if a product is out of stock?
We will inform you when you attempt to purchase a product if it is out of stock. If we run out of stock of your product after your purchase, you will have the option of waiting until the product arrives or an exchange/refund.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage you subscription by logging into the 'My Account' section and clicking on the 'Manage Subscription' link in the navigation.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
If you are not satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided the products are unused and undamaged. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. You assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. Can I modify or cancel my order after I have placed it?
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us immediately at hello@fuzzybuddy.com.au. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after dispatch. If you wish to cancel or modify your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to do so in accordance with our refund/exchange policy above.

All over the world.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. East coast Australian orders will usually arrive within 6 working days. Deliveries to west coast Australia and remote areas may take longer. International shipping times vary depending on your location. We will send you relevant tracking numbers once your order is dispatched.
A very good reason we don't offer free shipping
While some companies choose to include the delivery cost in their prices, resulting in overcharging customers with a freight allowance per product, we take a different approach. We focus on optimizing the packing of orders to minimize shipping charges instead of adding a nominal shipping cost per item and inflating its selling price. Our aim is to save you from unnecessary shipping expenses.

How to manage your subscription?
- Log In To Your Account: Navigate to the website where you have your subscription, and log into your customer account. This can be found at the top right of the webpage - the icon of a person.
- Access Your Account Dashboard: Once you've logged in, you should be directed to your account dashboard. If you aren't, look for a link or button that says "My Account," "Account Dashboard," or something similar.
- Find Your Subscriptions: In your account dashboard, look for a section or link that says "View and edit my subscriptions,". Click on this.
- View Subscription Details: Here, you'll see a list of all your current subscriptions. Click on the subscription you want to manage to see more details.
- Manage Subscription Settings: From the subscription details page, you can manage various aspects of your subscription. This might include changing the quantity or variant of the product, skipping a delivery, changing your delivery address, updating your payment information, or cancelling your subscription.
- Save Changes: Be sure to save any changes you make. There should be a button or link that says "Save," "Update," or something similar.
How do I find my subscription account on my phone?
To find your subscription account, simply open the menu option and scroll down. Look for the icon of a person alongside the word "Account". Just click this, and it will direct you to the login page for your account.
Updating payment method
- Log into your account from the "Account" icon in the menu.
- Once logged in, navigate to 'View & Edit Subscriptions' and click 'Manage your subscription'.
- Under 'Payment mode', select 'Change' and then click the green 'Change payment mode' button.
- You will then receive an email in your inbox with a secure link to update your payment information.
- Open the email and click the provided link, which will direct you to a secure page where you can input your new card details.
- After updating the information, be sure to save the changes.
Remember, changes will take effect from your next billing cycle.
